12.01.2022 Small heat treatment furnace showing new repairs mating up to good older lining. We added a stack bonded jamb to improve the door seal and reduce maintenance. The new lining is over a staggered older lining so there is no straight line for heat to get to the shell.
10.01.2022 Boiler door done in ceramic fibre. Due to very limited access the door here is lined in its vertical position as it is too hard and dangerous to take the door off and lay it down and then try to re-fit it. This is in a building basement and was installed during construction.
05.01.2022 For small patches and repairs or just furnace brickwork we now carry a Super Duty Dry 1650C grade airset mortar. Of course we also carry premixed airset as well
04.01.2022 Fibre Lined Thermal Oxidizer. Designed to be able to be relocated to suit the clients requirements. We do the lining and installation to meet our customers needs.
