13.01.2022 As a hypnotherapist, quite often my role is in de-hypnotising people. By that I mean that many people have beliefs which don't serve them. These are most often picked up subconsciously without choosing whether or not to let them into your mind. Many people have negative beliefs about birth. How many frantic, painful, hectic, drama filled birth scenes have we seen on TV or in movies. ... Now ask yourself, how many blissful, pain-free, positive birth scenes have you seen? My role is to help people to eliminate the negative beliefs and create new positive ones in their place!
