21.01.2022 Happy mid March everyone. Its hard to believe were already nearly a quarter way through 2020. Its been a wonderfully expansive and busy start to this new decade I saw in the New Year with loved ones, deep within the loving embrace of Bali, enjoying an unforgettable 2 months prepping, preparing and offering our 1st week long Breathwork, Yoga and Meditation Retreat - Return to the Sacred Self After my return to Oz I enjoyed a month with my family on the Gold Coast and... Brisbane. Its been such a nice time and space to spend with my Sisters, Nieces, Nephew and Father After this I flew to Melbourne to explore the city and surrounds as Ive never spent time in Melbourne and have been feeling the draw to do so for a while now. It captured me and I spent my time having adventures, eating amazing Vegan food and deepening new friendships I began in Bali. Such a joy Currently im on the Gold Coast supporting my Sister launch her new online business as the timing is ideal with me being on the East Coast. Ill most likely be here for another week smoothing out the processes and streamlining things then ill be heading back to Perth. Once Im back I will be taking private one on one BW sessions as well as private groups of up to 4 ppl and continuing to hold the weekly Wednesday eve Group BW Journeys.
