25.01.2022 Our sub-conscious mind is all about keeping us safe, we can consciously know we are safe but our body responds as if we are not. We can teach and retrain our sub-conscious by allowing ourselves bit by bit to feel it anyway (even if it feels uncomfortable), to do it anyway (even if we are scared), until we learn to know we are safe.
