14.01.2022 I am far away from being perfect and to not have any kind of strugglings in my life. Far away from being able to just sit still and being present.... I have days without any clarity and energy to see what is really there for me....and what I am hiding even from myself...But I am also (always) having my back. I am willing to listen. To learn. To grow and to be present - even without being present. :) To not judge myself and not being in definitions of what I am doing ''wrong''... and what is showing up...to go beyond polarisations, sepparations...Yes, sometimes I am doing all this with total ease and sometimes I still love to be a drama queen ;) and make it the hard way ;) But I know, I am always having a choice...A choice to be ''better'', to know ''better'' and to move...to move forward to trust and surrender to the process. I can't imagine my life without consciousness and Access Bars which forever changed my life...because of this awareness I found it sometimes hard to talk and to be with people, but I wouldn't change my reality, this space, this knowing for anything... And the only thing that really work for me in those (even more intense) crazy days is to - switch off my thinking mind and to take some time for resting, recharging and connecting more with my body and soul through yoga nidra meditation.
