25.01.2022 As the new year starts and life is still hard and unpredictable on the land. It’s time to remember that Scope doesn’t charge drought/flood/fire affected properties for feral animal control. We will also come out and put down stock for you to save you the stress in a disaster. We are now licensed to shoot in built up areas like towns/ovals/industrial sheds.
24.01.2022 https://www.facebook.com/100004057294922//1603530506458844/ It’s a waste of a resource not to market, I have shot hundreds under permits and it’s all wasted, not allowed to do a thing with them once they hit the ground.
20.01.2022 We are now endorsed to operate on/in non rural lands. IE Towns/suburban areas. QLD ONLY. With strict conditions of course. So if feral pigeons are a problem, let me know, we may have a solution.
19.01.2022 Research from one source had estimated that the Grey kangaroo on average for a 20 kg animal, will consume 700g of grass a day or the same as two sheep. The culling of them is a necessary support mechanism for our farms.

13.01.2022 Did you know. Rabbits cost Australian agriculture an estimated $1 billion a year. Very costly for a introduced pest.
13.01.2022 You might not end up with pests this size after the current rain event. But we are ready to assist with the normal run of feral pests ( dogs, cats, pigs, Roos etc), that will follow the improved feed and water. Just give me a call.
12.01.2022 Not a pleasant subject , but after seeing first hand the mental stress caused by having to put down your own stock after an event(flood) on some blokes I know out west recently. I want people to know and remember this offer. I’ll come out and assist you for free if I’m available. Possibly saving you a bit of heartache. I offered our services to a number of groups assisting farmers/graziers but I think the concept of shooting and such put them off.... PM me or ring if in the future, we can help. You never know it might just keep the black dog at bay , to help another bloke out. See more
12.01.2022 The answer is in a consolidated approach. Shooting, trapping, poisoning. A bounty state wide would help as would , reopening the box’s. But farm bio security must be respected. Even in some drought affected areas , feral pigs survive. Open slather is not productive or safe on many levels.... If one station has a planned approach it’s a financial cost added to the bottom line and if next door doesn’t have a program it weakens your program. See more
08.01.2022 Western run, just back after 2 weeks. 3100km covered 40 c plus days 32 pigs 251 greys... Drought still has a hold on some of western Qld. See more
06.01.2022 The drought is still affecting parts of central and North Queensland. Let a friend know we may be able to help. No fee is charged if the property is drought declared. Self contained and references if required. We understand it’s a big decision asking for help and having a stranger on your property, let us become a friend you didn’t know you had. Darryl.
04.01.2022 Another successful pigeon cull in a local town tonight. Thinning the numbers slowly. If you know of anyone suffering the damage these aerial rats cause , let them know we can help.
02.01.2022 We don’t know how we can help out west, but Scope is willing to offer assistance free of charge, if we can assist flood devastated properties. Just give me a call and let’s talk.
