18.01.2022 Be the best YOU and block out sources that try to define what you should and shouldn’t be! YOU are unique YOU are beautiful YOU are powerful... YOU are plenty YOU are smart YOU are loved YOU are WOMAN! See more

15.01.2022 Our period should be celebrated as it marks the beginning of our womanhood and means we can bring life to this world. Yet in India girls that can’t afford pads view their period as an embarrassment, a disease and a reason to drop out of school. As a result, these girls don’t receive valuable education that will allow them to spread their wings and reach for their dreams. Thanks to The Pad Project this is slowly changing and thanks to the Oscar-winning short film Period. End of Sentence light is being shed to this issue! You can find the film on Netflix and I strongly encourage you to watch it. Personally, it brought tears to my eyes to see how access to clean pads, something so basic, something we take for granted could make such a big difference in someone’s life. Our periods need to be a celebration not an end to our dreams!

14.01.2022 Sending love, kindness and support to all women out there. You’re Phenomenal creatures and you should all know it

12.01.2022 Interestingly, the word health derived from an Old English word that means whole. To be healthy we need to strive to be whole, a balance between mind, body and spirit. Being perfect is an illusion at the end of a never-ending race. We’ll never get there because it simply doesn’t exist. Instead, we should strive for wholeness, balance, health

11.01.2022 A PERIOD emoji is in the making!!! And so it should be, after all : 50% of the world’s population are women! On average a woman has 450 periods in their lifetime!... Let's do the math, that's billions of women menstruating every single month, hundreds of millions every day! Yet, there’s no emoji that represents PERIOD?? Menstruation is a taboo topic and there's lots of silence, stigma and shame around it and having a negative impact on girls and women, such as being ostracised from their communities, being bullied at school and even drop out of school. I can't wait for the PERIOD emoji to be released and support the conversation around MENSTRUATION and send the message that periods are something we shouldn't shy from discussing! PERIODS are normal, natural and not shameful, they should be celebrated!! I look forward to the PERIOD emoji!
