Our general focus is on commercial shop fit-outs and office refurbishments, however we also specialise in architecturally designed residential homes and developments. To secure this exciting opportunity you must have:... * Excellent communication skills - we pride ourselves on our relationship with our clients and other stakeholders; * Demonstrated key management and leadership skills and the ability to train others and supervise on site; * Prior experience of up to ten years in the building industry (both domestic and commercial) would be favourable; * The ability to work well with other sub-contractors; * A strong eye for detail; and * It is expected that the successful candidate will be in possession of their own tools.
