25.01.2022 We even do small repairs. Major work done to this walkway at Randwick. Concrete walkway was heavily deteriorated, unsafe to walk and quite slippery. With the new works, demolished existing slab and existing downpipe was connect and placed under the new slab to the kerb of the street. Steel mesh and concrete poured and cured with existing heritage red coloured anti slip grip paint as existing.
24.01.2022 The next stage of the extension is the fun yet messy stage. We progress with excavating and soil removal for the strip and pad footings. Footing depth, width and steel reinforcement was approved by the Engineer and Concrete was poured as necessary. Please note we exceeded the requirement of the footings in all our jobs. More concrete + more coverage = stronger base for the future of the building. Concrete now is to be cured to allow the next task to proceed.
23.01.2022 Small Extension Finished :):) Inside view. Would like to thank the owners and all the crew on this job. Please note Owners had decided to polish the floorboards throughout the house once we finished.... Colours of the rooms were chosen from their young daughter. Extension included alterations to the hallway and creating 2 x new bedrooms where the house had finished originally.

22.01.2022 Here is an awning we worked on not long ago in Surry Hills. We replaced the fibro sheets on the underside of the awning with new ones and painted the new fibro sheets.

20.01.2022 Once upon a time, there was an old fibro shack, till we came and placed 2 semi attached dwellings on the property. Each dwelling consists of; Security camears... 4 bedrooms with ensuite in main bedroom and walk in robe Alfresco area at the rear Main bathroom and kitchen Laundry Garage with remote control panel door Carpeted bedrooms and floorboards in common areas Built in in all bedrooms and Air conditioning. We were very pleased with the results, but means nothing when the owners are more excited than you! Built @ Casula
19.01.2022 Some inexpensive works can have big results. This unit in Newtown had dilaminated cabinet door faces, missing/broken cabinet handles and old run down carpet. Quick fix? We removed the carpet and supplied and installed floating floorboards to the 2 floors of the unit(except the kitchen), sanded and painted the door faces of the kitchen cabinets as well as installing new handles. The works did not exceed our clients budget of 5k let alone leaving our client very happy with the result and quick time frame.

19.01.2022 These series of Photos is from a 2 bedroom, separate bathroom/laundry and kitchen unit in Bondi, never been renovated and kept the original look since the early 70s. Start to finish in 5.5 weeks. Owner very happy with the results (as are we) and having the rental back on the market in a short turn around of a complete unit renovation. Great finished product.... Off to the next job.
18.01.2022 These photos are of a new BBQ area in the owners back yard. Owner wasn't sure with what style/design he wanted, but insisted we frame and do something different to make a statement. All spotted gum decking timbers are secret nailed instead of exposed screws like decking with 3 coats clear oil. Unfortunately, couldn't get the finished product with the plumber installing the sink at a later stage.
18.01.2022 Hi People, attached are photos of the continuation of our build. These include; * Brick piers and brickwork for the subfloor * Termite Protection * Bearers and Joists... * Timber and Brick Frame * Ceiling Joists and roof frame * Roof tiles, Fascia and Gutter * Windows * Insulation and * Scaffolding. Now that the skeleton (lock up stage) is in near completion, the interior is soon to commence . Photos of the interior completed to be posted soon in the next few days.
18.01.2022 Continuing from our previous photos, we now have the footing location, levelling, excavating, sewer pipe relocation, formwork, steel fixing and poured concrete in the series of photos attached. Now that the slab is poured ( and no more clay !) frame structure will soon be erected.
16.01.2022 These photos are the Completion of a new renovation we recently completed. Inside walls and ceilings, bathrooms, garage, brick arches, BBQ area, driveway and kerb and gutter were removed and all new fixtures and concrete was installed for the new Medical Center. The Medical Center had strick requirements for disability access and elderly patients as per councils requirements, which we made all necessary allowances. Owner has started moving equipment in as per photos all read...y for the the new venture. To Ultimate Health - Hope all goes well with your new Centre Chris
15.01.2022 These series of photos Is from a renovation of a storage room converted to a meeting room in a hall. The existing storage room was divided into two. We at Constructive Corp - * Removed all asbestos wall and ceiling linings. * Removed the dividing wall. * Re do new wiring for power points, lights and switches.... * Install new 10mm gyprock for the wall and ceilings with 90mm cove cornice. * Install new double hang timber window. * Install 2x new door jambs and doors including hinges and door handle. * install skirting boards and architraves. * Install install flooring for the attic creating an attic storage area. * Install attic ladder. * Paint to the members choice of colours to match the existing hall. Another happy customer :)
14.01.2022 This job in Marickville was an urgent, last minute job in which the previous builder walked off the job leaving behind all the rubbish at the rear of the property and leaving the house without a completed bathroom, no doors or locks, no polished floorboards, no kitchen splash, power points and switches exposed and purposely completely damaging a previous functioning laundry. The owner contacted us and we reasured her will get everything done for her. Photos attached. To save on cost and quick turn around, owner wanted a shed at the rear for a new laundry. Everything completed in 2 weeks and owner was happy with the results.
13.01.2022 Internal wall frames and insulation; Internal termite resistant timbers has been erected to separate the room into 2 new bedrooms as well as beams to support the existing structure of the house. We also place an additional amount of insulation being the insulation Batts for the ceiling and wall as well.

12.01.2022 This is the beginning of a small extension to one side of the building of one of our recent jobs. Demolition, rubbish removal, erecting of site fence, signs and marking out of the footing have all been completed.
12.01.2022 Series of photos is of a main bathroom we completely renovated. Bathroom has remained as is except for new P.C items from the time it was built. Major difference from what it once was to now, and another satisfied customer .

10.01.2022 Hi everyone. We have been asked several times to upload a photo of our completed granny flat with a view from the outside, as the finished product of the extension and balcony was posted earlier this year. All that was remaining was the concrete to be poured and plantation shutters in the house.
10.01.2022 These series of photos is from our latest job. This stage is the Demolition of the house. As a more cost effective measure, the main structure of the perimeter of the house has remained, with the inside, back and front of the house has been completely removed as front and back will be extended. Roof of the rear of the house has also been removed as the house will be 2 storeys at the back. Should anyone needed assistance or queries with their latest project, feel free to message.
10.01.2022 Now the extension begins to take shape. Sarking/reflective foil insulation as well as roof sheets have been installed.
09.01.2022 Extension from the outside. Brickwork still need to be pressured cleaned. Face brickwork is in the cream textured range. Roof tiles are laid as well as the timber cladding on the rear of the roof. Downpipe is still yet to be painted.

06.01.2022 Here we have a completion of a balcony that we done not long ago. Photos of the footings, laying of bricks ( Columns and door entry ) and erecting of the frames, flooring and roof have not been added as the photos would be never ending. However these series of photos is towards the mid to completion of the balcony. We are extremely happy with the results of this balcony as it completely changed the look of the existing house. Further more we would like to thank all our contractors and workers assisted with the build. Another job well done.
06.01.2022 Granny Flat near Completion for the Owners move in :) We are excited to be handing over the property to our clients in the next few days. Bricks at the alfresco need a little cleaning, waiting for splashback of the kitchen and frameless shower screen to be installed as well as a little cornice work and painting. The video is an overview of the inside of the granny flat near completion. It consists 2 x bedrooms with air con and built ins, Bathroom and Laundry combined, living.../dining and kitchen as well as a 24m2 alfreso area at the back. 02.01.2022 These photos are a series of works on a collapsing ceiling on a 3rd floor house. Existing ceiling was plus 100 years old in the heart of the city which consisted of a sand and cement rendered textured ceiling, which was breaking off. Emergency repairs were needed immediately. Ceiling was removed as well as 100 years of black dust. New joists and fering channels were added over the existing including the installation of the gyprock. Sand and setting of gyprock was done as well as painting. Major difference from before and after photos. Please note existing fan and light was removed and re installed.
02.01.2022 Extension Finish !!! Attach is a video of the inside of the small 2 bedroom extension. Still needed is a Builders final clean as well the installation of the flyscreens. Constructive Corp will like to thank all the Tradesmen who assisted with the construction of the extension. As shown materials include Meranti Skirting Boards, Architraves and Doors, Anodized Aluminium Windows, Floating Floorboards ( as the granny flat ), White Built ins with Mirror sliding doors, Air conditioning, fan with light attached as well as Antique White USA for the colour of the wall paint. 02.01.2022 These are a series of emergency repair works to a rotting/collapsing balcony in Woolloomooloo. Most of all the existing beams and all of the 4 existing posts needed to be removed. Acrow props used to retain the loads temporarily while works were in progression. Painting was to match existing. Very happy with the results while the pressure we were facing prior from it collapsing at any moment. End product, everything certified from the Owners Engineer as well and most importantly, owners were overwhelmed with the end result.
01.01.2022 Flooring; Cypress Pine 85mm floorboards used as was the existing. Prior to that, the flooring members was all levelled as per our previous photos. This has completed the flooring for the 2 new bedrooms and joined to the existing hallway.
