25.01.2022 Today is the third birthday of Consult + Pepper! How amazing to think that 3 years ago I was quietly sh*^ing myself about becoming a business owner/solopreneur/boss-babe - any or all of the above!!! But you know what? I have done it. Mostly by myself, but not without incredible support from my family, friends and colleagues in this crazy game! Thank you to my amazing clients and people who have stood by me - even through the Storm that 2020 has been. I am incredibly grateful for your support and love

15.01.2022 It's been a busy old month over here! I've been working with Naomi, Alistair and the Focus HR team for about six months now and it's been an amazing time. We've built and launched a brand new *fabulous* website, redesigned multiple pieces of collateral and taken on the naming rights sponsorship of the Toowoomba Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Awards. We have also launched the Focus HR Engaged People Bursary which is giving two Toowoomba businesses the opportunity to ...be part of this fantastic program in 2021 FREE! The bursaries are valued at $25,000 each! Do you know someone who has a great business but wants to grow by working on their people, leadership and strategy practices in 2021?
