14.01.2022 NEVER GIVE UP A lot of people give up on what they want to achieve and their goals in life and business. When things aren't going their way or it's too hard for them , they give up. They might have been in the reach of achieving that goal and with giving up they lost that opportunity. My advice to you guys is , when it gets too hard or you feel like giving up, sit down and just think for 5 minutes by yourself and ask yourself some questions. Why did I start this journey? ...You will feel 200% better after it and you will be focused and your mindset will be back on track. The reason we give up or quit is cause we let our emotions and fears take over and we panic. If you work on getting your mindset strong , you will have a strong body, mentally and physically. Tip for the day! - On a piece of paper write down this question, Why did I start doing what I am doing in the first place?( Do this couple times a month ) Doing this will remind you from time to time of the WHY and will help you get back on track
