18.01.2022 **BENNOAIR COVID-19 UPDATE** Sorry to our customers for filling your feed with yet another COVID19 update, we’ll keep this short! BennoAir is still OPEN for business as we are an essential service. In the interest of protecting your family and ours we have made a number of key changes to how we deliver our services.... - We are upholding the recommended hand hygiene & sanitation standards. We may request to wash our hands upon entering and leaving the premises. We utilise hand sanitiser regularly and disinfect equipment and all surfaces whilst working. - At the time of booking and/or confirming your appointment you MUST notify us if you have been unwell. This includes having a temperature, coughing, sneezing or any other related symptoms symptoms. We may be required to reschedule your appointment. - If urgent work is required and you are in quarantine or isolation, YOU MUST LET US KNOW. This ensures we are prepared with appropriate PPE and enforce social distancing measures. -If we present to the appointment and notice any of the above symptoms by you or a member of the dwelling (& we were not notified prior), we reserve our right to leave the premises and reschedule your appointment. - We really enjoy having a chat with our customers and getting to know our locals, but, for the foreseeable future; all appointments must be NO CONTACT. We may ask you to leave the room/vicinity whilst works are completed. Lastly, we understand that this is a stressful and uncertain time and we care about your wellbeing.
