25.01.2022 TODAY’S JAM CANCELLED Due to the current health concerns, growing evidence of asymptomatic spread and recommendations for social distancing, the jam is cancelled for today. This decision has not been taken lightly and we will continue to assess the situation and how to proceed as the situation develops & changes. All updates will be posted here.

21.01.2022 Dear Sunday Jam participants, We regret to inform you that the Sunday Jam will be closed for a few weeks while we practice social distancing as advised by the health authorities. The Jams committee will review this decision in a fortnight and update this notice board on a weekly basis.... We are planning to organise a special session during jam hours in the near future, to share between us and the community all the information that we may have gathered, ideas for the continuance of our practice in the short term and to support each other in this time of uncertainty. Please stay safe, healthy and positive & keep moving. The Sunday Jam committee.

20.01.2022 Update March 30th, 2020. Dear dancers, As you all surely know, the latest guidelines from the National Cabinet (link below) limit the amount of people that can gather together (except for household groups) to just two.... ACAC has also informed us that the centre is now closed until further notice. Therefore, the jam will remain closed, at least, until these measures are relaxed. We will continue to update this notice board every forthright. Stay home, stay healthy and keep moving!! Hugs, The Sunday Jam committee.

12.01.2022 Contact Improvisation Technique training with Alejandro and Lee-Anne is starting again on Tuesday 17th September and running for 4weeks. If you are wanting to deepen you understanding of the techniques used in dancing Contact Improvisation this is for you :)
