09.01.2022 I recently started yoga and I'm now officially a yoga student! I have wanted to do this for ages and I finally took the leap We used Affirm over our adrenals and my body loved it. It made me feel less frazzled and less on edge, something I really needed. Affirm has Basil in it which is a supportive essential oil when working with your adrenals.
