18.01.2022 Come along to a 'healthy bladder and bowel habits' information session, Tuesday 27th March at 2.00-3.30pm, held at Carers ACT in Holt. If you aren't able to make it, there is also a live streaming option. Please register to avoid disappointment. Limited spots available.

17.01.2022 A Healthy bladder and bowel habits session at Blacktown Women's & Girls' Health Centre on 21st of March. More than 70 per cent of people who experience incontinence are women, with many experiencing problems after childbirth and menopause. We aim to reduce the stigma by talking about it, and this great group did just that! ... If you need help, please call the National Continence Helpline: 1800 33 00 66 or visit our website's directory: https://www.continence.org.au/service-providers.php to find your local service provider.
