24.01.2022 Why is that every other Club, association or company has organised annual general meetings by remote access but the Celtic Club is just pretending that nothing is happening? You'll have to release the up to date financials sooner or later, Brian. There'll be very little income, but what have you spent money on? Last year you spent so much that you made a loss of $800,000? Have the losses kept going up?

19.01.2022 Very few Celtic Club members realise that they no longer have an administrative office. In fact if you ring the phone number and ask 'Cathy' if the office is open, she's not very sure, but she thinks it is. Actually the rooms - recently painted and carpeted at the Club's expense - are for lease. What a lucky landlord getting bunnies like the Celtic Club Committee as tenants! If you go to the William St in person, this is all that you see. Bad luck if you want to pay your membership dues. All you get is vague directions to a hotel that is not open. No phone number, no email address. There is clearly no interest in contacting members or keeping them in touch with the Club or each other.

17.01.2022 Where will the Club celebrate St Patrick's Day? There seems to be no way of getting a straight answer out of anyone on the Committee and there seems to be no functioning administration sending out regular timetables and updates. What's going on? Everyone else has reopened - not the Celtic club.

12.01.2022 Why has the 2020 Annual Report not been distributed to members? Assuming that the Committee is not technically capable of using a Zoom platform to engage with members remotely, surely it can distribute the Annual Report by email. Is it possible that they're unwilling to do so because the Annual Report may reveal another massive loss to the Club? Despite the fact that they have moved out of the William St. offices and done no business in the Metropolitan, it is likely that they have continued to make massive losses. What has happened to all the new furnishings and computers which were bought for the William St offices and The Metropolitan? Are they being stored somewhere alongside the rapidly rusting poker machins?
