The sad news is that even the conference organiser is not winning on the Leaderboard! Thanks to Entegy for a great product that is easy to use and quick to load with content!

25.01.2022 LATEST NEWS: In conjunction with the IABC, we are bringing Angela Sinikas to both Canberra and Sydney for 1/2 day workshops. For those interested in Communication Measurement, Angela is one of the worlds leading experts with over 21 international awards to her name. Very excited to announce this collaboration with the IABC Australian Chapters!!!

I asked her to host a masterclass on unconscious bias for this years program, which is one of her favourite topics and well worth participating in. This year we asked Zoe Routh back because I wanted to hear more from her and she is about to launch another book. Last year it was Tim Longhurst the futurist and I will miss his spark at Convergence 2018!

01.01.2022 Really excited to launch our social change initiative as a result of the ticket sales at Convergence. We are collaborating with a local school and a not for profit organisation to help teens with mental health challenges find a way to reconnect with education. More details to come but super excited to share this news!

01.01.2022 So true. I was asked recently while I was working as an org change manager how did I get people to help me with the change I was managing. I replied "I listened to their fears and needs and I went first to show them it could be done" I had no authority or power, I believed in them as people who wanted to work in a great place but had been burnt with the change along the way. If Org change managers could influence executives, change might not be so threatening if we measure heart count.
