21.01.2022 This weekend the Vintage Caravan Club are set up in the park. Some cute little vans amongst them...

19.01.2022 Just a reminder to all patrons we are a fire free park. We are not permitted to have any fires inside the park boundaries. This also includes the cabin area. Also we ask that ALL guests register at the park office prior to entering the park.... Especially semi permanent guests visiting your sites.... PLEASE REGISTER We are still getting frequent visits from authorities to make sure we are meeting the COVID restrictions. We certainly do not want to shut the park to guests again so please follow the regulations. Thanks

17.01.2022 New basins and benches have been placed in the Caravan Park amenities block. Went for a peek today and took a couple of photos so you can get a look ahead of your next visit.... Looking good very modern. Nice new taps on the baby bath too.

13.01.2022 C O V I D - 1 9 U P D A T E 20.11.20 In light of the recent eased restrictions, as of midnight tomorrow night we are open for business. Please note:... if you are unwell please do not put anyone else at risk by coming to the caravan park, you are asked to stay at home and get tested it's important that during your stay, 1.5 m social distancing requirements are met at all times ensure that safe hand washing practices are met gatherings are limited to 10 people All Visitors MUST report to the Office before proceeding to your site Semi Permanent Residents. Please ring ahead to make your booking and check into the Office before heading to your site. Thank you for your support and we look forward to welcoming everyone back to the park!

13.01.2022 What a magnificent day on the water here in Coobowie Bay. I spotted 10 boats out on the water all looking for a feed of whiting and squid. I hear the blue swimmer crabs are coming in off the Edithburgh jetty, some nice sizes too. They must be confused still no R in July.... but looking forward to some more crab cakes this weekend...

08.01.2022 Be on the look out in the park we have our regular guests back. Mr & Mrs Plover..... They have taken up the usual site setting up residence in the gravel and staying on a vigilant post patrolling the area for strays. No hard hats required just a consideration for nature and a wide berth. She had two eggs but a possible 4 now as she has taken to sitting full time....... Good luck Mrs Plover as the rain hits today and the weather turns nasty. See more

07.01.2022 Pretty excited today to hug the coast while squidding and came across a whale thats been deceased a while. Lots of bones on the beach reported it to register the death. Museum may come out to identify what sort but it was certainly big at one stage....
