22.01.2022 Cooby Park 'Peroni' Prince (Clononeen Bellagio x Glyndower Brea Trinket) at a young horse starting clinic on the weekend. Peroni is only 15 months old and did a great job for his first formal training and first outing. I think he is going to grow into a big boy.

Burney is the sweetest natured boy who loves attention and always comes to you in the paddock for a pat and scratch. He has the true Gypsy cob temperament, striking markings and lots of straight feather. He is easy to catch, wash, feet, float, tie, ride etc. Burney is an easy horse to ride, he goes well on trail rides and just general riding. He is more of a plodder and trots easily also when asked, but any more than that and you would have to have a little more experience to really get him going. Stands while mounting and stops when asked. He has been ridden by beginners to experienced ridders. Nothing bothers this boy, no spook, good around motorbikes, machinery, guinea fowl, dogs etc. He can be ridden out alone or in company without any trouble. Burney is very casual and isn’t phased by much. Suited to a confident beginner or more. Prefer he goes to a confident horse home. Middle of the pecking order. 05.01.2022 Farewell to our beautiful Clononeen Tempest. Tempest has now been sold and has arrived at her new home today. Here she was enjoying cuddles before she left to go on her new adventure. Wishing her new owners all the best with this lovely mare. She really is a gentle girl.
