22.01.2022 Although our capacity wont allow us to hold concerts at Cooee at the moment, we do have West African inspired Hand Drumming courses beginning again on Monday 2nd November!! Drumming is SO good for you! Why?? Because it makes you happy!... It also induces deep relaxation, helps control chronic pain, boosts your immune system, creates a sense of connectedness, puts you in the present moment and integrates your mind, body and spirit So good! So get on it, give it a go, meet like-minded people and have some FUN!
