Australians spend more than half a billion dollars a year on bottled water, and more negative light has been shone on the product with regard to its life cycle. It takes so much energy to obtain the water from the source and produce the bottles that the water is transported in, plus its transport energy, refrigeration energy and recycling that adds to that energy footprint - though only 35 percent actually gets recycled. Most bottles end up in the landfill. Recently councils in some areas have made the decision to discourage the use of bottled water. As the negative aspects of bottled water accrue, the convenience of buying bottled water is becoming less important than taking a few minutes to prepare your own re-usable bottle from the tap or filtered source.

10.01.2022 Cooee All Just a heads up re Water Bottles We all give them a quik wash refill and off we go But can I ask PLEASE Clean your bottles thoroughly and regularly These are photos of a clients bottle and just wanted to point out that bacteria can and will get into your bottles Boiling water is great but so is baby bottle formula cleaner (trying to be none brand specific here but you get my drift ) So clean regularly and enjoy your fresh filtered water

09.01.2022 These are the regular type water filters Awesome set up Easy to maintain BUT Always check them We estimated that these were about 6 years old Look good from the top but check the bottom After a time they become brittle and with water pressure can explode If yours are like this THROW THEM OUT ... and get a new set Have a great day See more

03.01.2022 Hi Just a quick post re water and not regarding filters for a change I recently had a conversation with a client who had a massive flood in their home The Hose line on the washing machine split and they were away when it happened They had approximately 2 days of water flowing all over the floors carpets,timber floor etc.Thousands Of dollars of damage So this is just to advise .
