24.01.2022 Nick Cessario and Harley Holmes getting running repairs after their OUTSTANDING GRAND FINAL VICTORY at Randwick hospital before joining everyone for a celebration Covid compliant drink.

24.01.2022 Always a pleasure to see how this great club works with and helps our community! Thanks to our partners at Ronald McDonald house for all the great work they do

23.01.2022 Our President Paul Vanni together our great supporters in Mayor Danny Said and Dr Margorie O’Neill MP Member representing Coogee handing over a big (literally) cheque to Rachel Stoddart Relationship Manager of Ronald McDonald House yesterday. The money raised from the recent Sports Luncheon has and always will go to this great charity and keeping our Room 17 available to those family that need support at the most difficult times in their lives. This brings our running tot...al of donations to well over the $300,000 mark. We would also like to extend our thanks to both Danny and Dr O’Neill for their recent support in making the Bali Memorial Remembrance morning a reality. Without their persuasion it was going to end up on the COVID heap like so many other events. Keep an eye out for our forthcoming Presentation Xmas Day at Randwick Races. Details are being finalised and will be released soon!

23.01.2022 Great to be at the Prince of Wales Hospital presenting a cheque from the Coogee Dolphins Sports Club to Ronald McDonald House Charities Sydney Such a fantastic cause!

20.01.2022 The Coogee Dolphins Old Boys (CDOBs) would like to say a big 'thank you' to all players, volunteers and partners/parents for their combined efforts in 2020 to keep this great club going. In particular, the CDOBs would like to thank our sponsors Allstate First Aid Supplies, Scarlett Financial, Garnish Projects and DMEX. Due to the contributions from financial Old Boys, and our excellent sponsors, we've been able to support the club with a number of initiatives in 2020. Our goa...l in 2021 is to reach a milestone of 100 financial old boys, and match this with sponsorship contributions. Reaching this goal will help us host our reunion events and continue to give back to the club. We wish all the best to our awesome under 18's as they chase their 2nd premiership this coming weekend - seeing these juniors come through the ranks and gain success is the fantastic! See more

15.01.2022 Barry (Boozz) O'Neill 18.01.52 - 07.09.20 It is with great sadness that we inform our members and friends of the passing of Barry O'Neill. Barry passed away peacefully after a long battle with brain cancer in Prince of Wales hospital this morning.... Barry started with Dolphins back in 1993 as a foundation member, served on the committee and proud sponsor for many years, he was a keen supporter of the junior teams within the Dolphin family. Barry just recently was awarded Honorary Life Membership, his eyes lit up the day he was informed, he loved this great club. Barry was kind and softly spoken he loved investigating and fixing the wrongs. Barry's had a dry sense of humour and the timing of that humour was golden, he loved horse racing, a keen follower of Western Australian horse racing with some very pleasing results. Barry you are now with Ginny, she was your cherub, partner and soul mate, you are together once more. Whilst you’re there say gday to the other 6 And all past Dolphin family. We will miss you my friend.... Dolphins forever.

15.01.2022 Just a reminder that we will be holding a memorial ceremony this morning 9.30am for 10.00am start.

14.01.2022 Great to have been able to be a play a small part in this wonderful contribution by Coogee Dolphins Sports Club to Ronald McDonald House Charities Sydney. In a ...very tough year the Dolphins were able to continue with their sponsorship of a room to help families, be with their children to support them through vital medical treatment. We at Randwick City Council together with Marjorie O’Neill - Member for Coogee salute the generosity of the Dolphins and the dedication of the staff at Ronald McDonald House Charities Sydney Such a fantastic cause!

10.01.2022 On Sunday the Coogee Dolphins U/18’s will look to defend their premiership title against a strong Mascot team in the Grand final. After a tumultuous start to the season due to Covid and an unpredictable schedule, the young stars have stayed very focussed on their primary objective, becoming back to back premiers. Combining a gruelling year 12 school schedule with an uncertain football season, our boys have shown an exceptional level of maturity and dedication in 2020. Having ...played together for many years with a strong team nucleus the junior Dolphins are now reaping the rewards of their combinations and hard work throughout the years. In saying that, our opposition on Sunday will field two of our premiership players from last season which ensures there will be fireworks! We would love as many supporters to join us as possible and cheer our future stars on! Please be aware that Covid regulations will be in place at the oval and you can find more information on that at Souths Juniors Football. We would like to wish our boys all the best on Sunday! Game details: Redfern Oval @ 11:40am. $2 entry See more

03.01.2022 I am incredibly proud to recognise the fundraising work of our local Coogee Dolphins Sports Club. They recently donated $5,000 to the Randwick Ronald McDonald H...ouse, which will go towards the upkeep of room 17. A huge thank you to the Coogee Dolphins and their President, Mr Paul Vanni, who raised the funds through their amazing annual sports luncheon for local organisations. The Randwick Ronald McDonald House does outstanding work by supporting families during difficult times and providing a safe place for loved ones during treatment. The ongoing care and work from the dedicated staff at the Ronald McDonald House is deeply appreciated.
