11.01.2022 Just want to say how proud I am of these 2 scallywags, last weekend my omelette cooker offsider couldn't make it, so my daughter Alleyah stepped up and smashed out 50 omelettes by herself and we sold out by 11.30... Not an easy task when the orders are lined up and there are 4 cooking at once...she didn't burn one of them! My big man Kai served the front counter all morning and also ran to get change and buy more produce...I have to say it was a difficult day but was most Definately the highlight for me in the year I've been running this business, to see my kids jump in and working alongside me under pressure...lots of love and appreciation xo
