14.01.2022 Wow I didn't realise how quiet this page has been! Life has been very busy with me getting accustomed to returning to full-time work. And yes! I am still doing what I love, and baking cookies, although some changes have been made, including availability I would still love to bake and decorate cookies for you so giving me plenty of notice would be appreciated Ideally minimum 4 weeks would be great, otherwise availability cannot be guaranteed Here are a few of my recents...... I have literally just finished some royal iced cookies tonight, so don't have photos to share yet. Let's hope I can capture just how cute they are in the daylight tomorrow Ps. ..and no I don't bake cakes to order this one was for a family member x

13.01.2022 http://Good morning CC friends and followers// Well what another beautiful sunny day here in South Oz, no surprises as to why autumn is my very fave season the sunshine is streaming through the windows here! Wondering if it is the same in your neck of the woods? how are you enjoying this beautiful weather? Ok so this morning, I have decided to post a few Q and A's, which I hope will add to the ease and simplicity of ordering from Cookie Connect!... 1. Is there a minimum order? Yes! At this time the minimum order is 15 cookies (subject to change) 2. How much notice do you require for an order? Please allow two weeks 3. When is payment due? As cookies are all baked fresh to order, a 50% deposit is required. Once paid, this secures your order. Remainder of payment is required prior to pickup/delivery/posting 4. Do you have a price list? No, as when it comes to cookie pricing, this is dependent on the individual order, and will be discussed at the time of enquiry. For example fondant and royal icing have different starting price points. The price also increases if sprinkles, gold leaf etc are added; also if the cookie requires additional and/or finer detail, this will also see a higher price. Cookies are priced per cookie. Individual packaging and heat sealing is usually an additional cost, however from 1st June 2020, this will be included in the price of the cookie. 03.01.2022 http:// ROYAL ICED // cookies for a very special birthday tomorrow Absolutely loved doing these! The soft pastels are beautiful and it was so much fun doing cookies with royal icing again! *yellow embossed cookie is fondant... Usually when doing royal icing for cookies, a cookier will do two consistencies of each colour, one for the outline and then a looser consistency for the flooding. Because I'm a rebelI have only been doing the one consistency that I use for both the outline and the floodIt takes time and practice to get the exact consistency required, but I am finding it is working well! Cookiers and home bakers out there, what do you use when icing cookies with royal icing; outline AND flood consistency or just the one consistency for both??
