22.01.2022 Hey team, Hope you all liked tonight's episode, I wrote a little rhyme that's cooking themed and generally a good rule for life: "If you're chopping chilli, don't be silly, wash your hands before touching your willy! If you don't, you will learn, there's something worse than a Chinese burn!"... Xo

19.01.2022 Teriyaki chicken and pineapple fried rice. Serves 4 6 chicken thighs... 1 TBS Brown Sugar 1 TBS Honey 1/2 cup Sot sauce Garlic Ginger 1 Pineapple 1 cup of water Juice of one lime 3/4 cup of rice Chilli flakes 1TBS brown sugar Salt Pepper White onion Garlic Bacon Coriander Fresh chilli Red onion Lime juice Spring onion Grate garlic and ginger and add to a bowl with soy, honey, brown sugar, and soy. Mix well. Remove large chunks of fat and dice chicken. Pour marinade over chicken, cover and place in fridge. Cut pineapple in half, scoop out contents removing the core. Dice flesh and add to a pot. Add water, chilli and brown sugar over a medium heat, stir occasionally. In a seperate pan add garlic and onion, cook over medium head until onion turns transparent. Set aside. Cut bacon into strip, add to pan over medium-high heat until crispy. Set aside. Add rice and onion to pineapple mix. Top up with water if required. Cook for 10 mins lid off or until most of the water has been absorbed. Add bacon, lid on and set aside. Add chicken and marinade to a pan on a medium high heat. While cooking add rice to pineapple bowls, leaving space for the chicken. When chicken is done, add to bowls. Finish with coriander, diced red onion, fresh chilli and lime juice or with spring onions. Dig in!
