09.01.2022 HOW TO GET THE PERFECT PORK CRACKLING!! Step 1: cut small slices width ways along the roast. Step 2: cover with oil. Step 3: rub a ridiculous amount of salt in (you can always scrape it off later). Step 4: Allow salt to soak in for an hour. Step 5: place into a really hot oven (atleast 250 degrees) for around 20 minutes. Step 6: Turn the oven down and cook as you normally would. If its starting to burn before the roast is cooked then place some foil over it whilst it finishes cooking.
