16.01.2022 Lunch today was the brunch bread which was devoured by all. For dinner we had a family fav. A roast chicken and veg cooked in the varoma while a pumpkin soup cooked in the bottom. Very happy tummies tonight
07.01.2022 Tonight I just wanted something I could prepare and walk away but still have it being super tasty. So I made the meatloaf from three simply delicious cookbook. And drum roll please .......... it’s a winner ps I normally hate meatloafs but I devoured this tonight
04.01.2022 Baking day today with it being Connor’s first day back home schooling. To say I needed a stress relief would be the understatement of the year. So red velvet cupcakes and cinnamon scrolls where required
