25.01.2022 **TEEN/PRE TEEN COOKING SESSIONS** AMAZING SESSION! Thanks Charles Sturt Council for having me again! Today we made Strawberry jam donut muffins with vanilla buttercream, Strawberry sauce and topped with fresh strawbs! These kids learnt a LOT about Aeration, creaming, beating and measuring today! We focused on styles of baking, cracking eggs and presentation Most of all.. we had a BRILLIANT TIME!

06.01.2022 I AFTER SCHOOL CLUB!!!!! These kiddies BLEW ME AWAY tonight!!! They made shortcrust pastry, learnt how to rub in, learnt about the science and function of ingredients. They took ownership of the processes and they have progressed SO MUCH in the 3 weeks of sessions! They took to raw meat handling like champs and embraced the slimy, gooey textures! They made healthy choices and used their acquired knife skills! They even graduated to sharp knives! We learnt about sealing and glazing. After School Club has become everything I could have wished for!
