18.01.2022 A review from Emily following her recent stay in the Grande Chalet: "We had an amazing stay at Grande Chalet. The house is in an excellent location with Darby ...Street and all it's cafes, restaurants, bars and shops only a block away. The Oriental or "The Ori" around the corner on Bull St does great pizza and Welsh Blacks a little further up Bull St is a must for coffee. The home was immaculate, spacious and styled beautifully with quality linen and all the provisions you could require - the toiletry bags left on the beds were a lovely touch. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking if you don't feel like venturing out and there is a lovely garden and outdoor eating area. You could walk to beautiful Bar Beach but if you have lots of stuff to transport like we did, you can drive and park easily within 5 minutes. Jacqui was a pleasure to deal with - friendly, efficient and helpful with any information we required. We will absolutely be back! Thanks for a perfect Christmas holiday stay, Jacqui."
