07.01.2022 (Rare) Political Rant to follow, no apologies! The next time you (or hear someone) complain about trucks on the road, remember these empty shelves. Trucks and m...ore importantly their drivers get the groceries, clothes, medicines and alcohol to YOU. Please don’t harp on about using rail, if you haven’t noticed railway lines do not run up to Woolies, Coles and Dan Murphy!! Rail lines get cut long before the owner driver stops working, my truckie made it home today...long enough to reload and head on back north, Company drivers are still sitting around wondering who is going to wipe their backside and pay for the inconvenience of driving in the rain. When you are about to tick that box on the Voting Ballot remember that Bill Shorten, Labor, wants to put all Owner Drivers and Small Business off the road. Look at that photo again, not too many company trucks there. If you enjoy eating, drinking and enjoying life put Labor LAST!!! See more
