21.01.2022 At Coolabah Turf we're loud and proud champions of community sport and have been long-time supporters of the Moama Bowling Club Goulburn Murray Cricket (GMC) league. The return of local cricket is welcome relief after a winter of minimal organised sport and it's great to see players of all ages taking to the green patches dotted throughout the Goulburn Murray region. Is there anything better than the sound of leather on willow and the smell of a sprinkler watering the pit...ch on a hot summer's day? We don't think so. Our support of local cricket for girls, boys, women and men, is part of our commitment to building healthy communities and we know - from first hand experience - that communities that play sport together, stay together. This year, more than any other year, it's so important to stay active and mentally strong and we know that local cricket plays an important role in encouraging individuals and families to stay fit and socially active. Coolabah Turf also sponsors the GMC Curator of the Year Award each season, which is an important nod to the hard work and hundreds of hours from cricket club members to prepare their turf wicket and ovals, week-in and week-out, from late winter through to early autumn. It's a labour of love for many club curators but one we believe should be recognised and applauded. 17.01.2022 This is an exciting and diverse internal key account management role, primarily to co-ordinate the timely and efficient delivery of turf products to a state wide distribution network. The role will require sales, administration and customer service experience. Client relationship management, and a magnetic ability to connect and build instant rapport with over the phone customer contact is essential. This role will require high level customer contact with a state buying team ...and relevant instore team members responsible for ordering turf. It will also require methodical follow up of customer inquiry and administrating orders to meet customer expectations and delivery promises. The role will require transaction data analysis and monitoring of weekly sales trends and forecasting to assist with the attainment of forecast sales budgets. The successful applicant will have an ability to work autonomously in their role as well as being part of a team. An ability to understand the importance of logistics and administration deadlines and harvest time frames is also essential. This person will also provide a support role to our Senior Key Account Manager.
