The stamp allows the egg to be traced back to the farm where it was produced, especially in the case of food poisoning etc All eggs sold in NSW must be individually stamped with a unique number or code (unless exempt) If selling less than 20 doz direct from the farm, eggs are exempt from stamping but you still must notify the Food Authority of your food business and activities Our code is NSW1874 and is stamped on all our eggs sold... 09.01.2022 Our crew is expanding! Literally!! The GM has announced that feeding chooks, collecting eggs, grading eggs and packing orders calls for an apprentice. So in a couple months, we are expecting the arrival of a new apprentice to join our team. Of course, they will just be observing for the first 12 months or so but still, help is on its way!
