19.01.2022 This beautiful breakdown of the blame game reminds me why we aim to teach children to Stop and breathe before they react....so they have the skills as adults!!! DOH is such a great response!!!

18.01.2022 I have been slowly moving posts over to Positively Growing - Cool Kids Calm (@URPositivelyGrowing) but I am very concerned about losing this resource list! Please like, follow and share both pages! X

17.01.2022 I am sure you have all moved your following to my @URPositivelygrowing page, but just in case I felt you may like some magic to add to the rich gathering of resources. Zones of Regulation are used extensively with such wonderful results, but this article would suggest sometimes inappropriate misuse. My personal a-ha comes in the reference to 'unexpected' behaviour rather than, I am guessing, 'inappropriate'; the power in that difference alone!

16.01.2022 Special friends and teachers can help you through NAPLAN. Other special tools include this brilliant Believe and Achieve DVD from Relax Kids (contact me) and the affirmation cards found at the back of the FREE downloads at www.relaxkids.com

13.01.2022 "The idea of resilience as an adaptive process rather than an individual trait opens up the potential for other people to be involved in that process." Incredible studies.

10.01.2022 Baby Mindful - where positive mental health begins and grows. Read about this wonderful concept for babies, 0-6 months, and their parents.

08.01.2022 I do love the concept of tracking pleasant places AND acts of kindness. Provide a positive experience and watch it bloom. There are a lot of signals to keep an eye out for... Thanks for sharing Amanda Bainbridge.

06.01.2022 Three simple yet powerful 'crossing the mid-line' exercises to do with your children. I know some schools start their day with these and more. Great to have the explanation for 'why', too.

04.01.2022 These grooves are making me cool calm and collected!

04.01.2022 Relax Kids classes offer children so many skills through so many forms. This beautiful description and apple demo has obviously created some strong impacts as the feed has reached over 90k hits in a day!!! Don't miss your bite of the apple!!

04.01.2022 Now this is incredible. Time to build each other up.

03.01.2022 Relax Kids certainly helps to develop the responses to emotions and therefore experiences. It always excites me to know we can teach these skills - even post trauma and even through epigenetic and genetic traits.

03.01.2022 This is Max. He is Marvelous - to the max ;). If you are involved in a school or with children in any capacity, you will love the easy, natural and honest way Max and his friends help understand all children's differences and strengths, whilst learning about Autism Spectrum Disorder along the way. This FREE resource is home grown from Wagga Wagga, NSW, but accessible anywhere. It's more than just a video - click through and see how you can order the program for your school/children today.
