Installers can only install the unit they cannot service or warranty the product this is an issue when a problem occurs and the customer needs it fixed. Rather start with a fridgy knowing that the person you bought it from is the person who can service, warranty and repair it.

02.01.2022 Another mould and bacterial clean. This time from a cassette unit. Once stripped to investigate noise issues and fault codes we notices it was installed incorrectly. The drain was partially closed allowing water to build up and rust the coils etc. Lose wires and bad drainage caused most other issues. Atleast another happy customer!
