03.01.2022 Please can any one tell me they have been on hold to Telstra for a whole day and never got a answer,or the problem fixed My business phone has become inactive ...because I should have remembered from 18mths ago to change over to NBN Whoops given current times and everything that’s happened I forgot but never got a call or an email from Telstra to help me out . I never got a reminder from actual Telstra employees that this was going to happen but I have received at least 5 calls this week from people pretending to be Telstra on my Optus mobile number and I have asked for there ID no‘s and name as instructed by actual Telstra employees to do so,I then got abuse by this person and she hang up on me not once but several times . Like everyone else we live with the Constant harassment we receive on our phones and in emails and we just we just move on with our day as normal no matter how many scam protections we have on our phones we just can’t stop it , So really do we know it Telstra or just another of the millions of scams we tolerate on our phones and our emails address constantly So consequently I’ve spent since 10 o’clock this morning on the phone to Telstra my phone was working yesterday at 4 pm today at 10 am it has become a virtual number ...... it is in active it and it doesn’t exist ..... ???????? Omg it’s only been there for the last six years but in the last 12 hours it’s completely disappeared And Telstra cannot even find it or attempt or be confident enough to now diverted it to my mobile number although I have diverted it manually several times in the last few months again ....... total disbelief. and now I have no estimated time as to when I can be connect to the NBN I may have to wait for up to 6 weeks for the nbn to be Connected to my phone ..... what... I am astonished ,astounded ,in disbelief I cannot believe that I have spoken to 5 different departments six different people been hung up on 4 times .... so add that to the other 5 phone calls since 10 am this morning it’s now 5.07 and I’m still on hold I never had a rant on Facebook but I’m beginning to wonder about my sanity today this music will resonate in my head I think for the rest of my life please tell me it’s not just me I need someone out there on Facebook to tell me that it’s not me that this is actually happened to someone else because I’m in total disbelief Anyone out there that’s had this day with Telstra please comment on this give me light and hope that at the end of the day this will end . I’m not the only one that suffering and being told and scolded like a naughty child from all the guys at Telstra because I forgot , but it’s ok for them to not remind me but not vice versa Today I have and spoken down to like I’m a small child , I’m actually to annoyed to be offended I believe they just put you on hold because they actually don’t know what to do Help me Comments welcome please someone else must have gone through this Because if this is as good as our communication experts get them we are all in deep shit we might as well just give up please forgive any punctuation miss grammar etc as I am mentally fried whilst posting this
