The track got tougher as the day went on but it was awesome to watch the battles with so many talented riders ... The MX track will be prepped firm while the stadium will be fun, fast and super safe. There’s a small forest section, plenty of flat tracking and a few extra surprises. Lap times around 5min. Flag start. Each class will get 4 x 25min moto’s and a one 1hr team race over the weekend. ... Classes are; - 65/85sw (scored seperate) - 85BW/J lite’s (scored seperate) - Mx 2 - Mx 1 - Vets - Women Team races are teams of 3. Juniors 12-U16 and Seniors. 1 x lap at a time, 1 x 1hr long race. 05.01.2022 2020 is nearly over which means we have some fresh faces joining the Suncoast JMC committee. Firstly thank you to Jason Loasby who was our treasurer for 2020. His dedication to club over the last few years has seen a massive improvement to our facility due to his countless hours volunteering, repairing our irrigation systems, building the stadium, mowing the entire 46acres each week. The place has never looked so good. Thank you to Dan McCoy who was Vice President in 202...0. Dan’s positive enthusiasm and knowledge assisted in us running the events that we did. Especially the Stadium cross and Coolum pines classic. We are grateful to have Dan still part of the club to help guide us for future events. For 2021 we welcome Nathan Flanders to the roll of Vice President. Nathan’s family has been part of the club since the beginning. Nathan rode the track on the very first track day when he was around 10yrs old. Now he enjoys helping his son Bailey who’s raced his first year in the demo class. Our new Treasurer Lynsey Yeaman has joined up to help the club with its financial affairs. Lynsey has a Son who’s just about to move up to the 85sw class. President remains as Matt Holliday and Secretary as Carly Holliday. We are all looking forward to a 2021 and can’t wait to bring the members some new events and ideas to the racing season.

We will be putting on a sausage sizzle for lunch with a nice cold drink If you have a ride-on mower or whipper snipper please bring it along, we will provide fuel and cord. The start time will be 8:30 with lunch at 12. We would love to see some new faces or even some old ones we haven't seen in a while.
