04.01.2022 Coolwater Constructions would like to thank all the Staff, Suppliers, Trades and Clients for a very successful 2017. It has been a very busy year with 33 completed projects and 34 projects still in construction. With more projects ready to begin in the new year we are looking forward to a much needed break over the holidays.... We also won 4 HIA awards. - 2017 HIA Hunter Region Housing Awards - Project Home of the Year - 2017 HIA Hunter Region Housing Awards - Project Home up to $300,000 - 2017 HIA Hunter Region Housing Awards - Specialised Housing - 2017 HIA Hunter Region Housing Awards - Business Partner, which was won by Kerry Ahrenfeld.
