08.01.2022 Good evening families. PLEASE READ IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT 14th June 2020.... Due to the current number of children at the service, the cases of Covid 19 in NSW and the ratio of staff in the service, management has had to reconsider the current policies and practices relating to the management of Covid 19. From Monday 15th June 2020 we are going to be stopping the drop offs and picking up of children at the service door. We will allow families to come in to drop off their child/children, but some rules do apply to ensure the continued safety of staff, children and families. These are as follows: 1. When you arrive in the service please ensure you sanitise your hands and your child’s hands. The door handle and code pad will be regularly sanitised throughout the day to limit cross contamination. 2. Please ensure you sign in using the iPad which will be regularly sanitised. 3. When you arrive with your child/children in the room, your child will still be temperature checked. 4. 1.5 metres to 2 metres of space needs to be between educators and families are all times please. 5. Only one parent or carer can accompany their child to and from the service to ensure that the amount of people in the service can be managed. 6. You will be allowed to stay a maximum of 5 minutes within the time of dropping off and picking up time. If you have any further questions about your child’s day, please refer to the OWNA app or call the service on 6452 2992 to speak to educators. 7. If you or your child are feeling unwell or show unwell symptoms you will not be allowed into the service. Please do not attend if you or your child are sick. 8.
