23.01.2022 We are still here and still teaching traditional karate, times mon and Wed 4pm till 5.15 we now offer gym classes Mon-Wed and Frid 5.30pm till 7pm (no muscle marys)ages from 16 to whenever we teach you how to get fit and keep fit but U have to walk in the door.

13.01.2022 To all students,as from first training session Feb 2017 junior classes will start at 4pm and finish at 5pm,Adult classes will start at 5pm and finish 6.30pm,as their has been a lack of beginners during school hols ,these classes will have to be determined at a later date.osu.

10.01.2022 Have been ASKED IF WE ARE STILL RUNNING,yes we are kids classes are on Mon and Wed start 3.45 till 4.30 intermediate 4.30 till 5.30 then adults till 7 pm all welcome any age ,and bonus first 2 lessons are FREE.
