21.01.2022 Dear Residents RE: SWIMMING POOL, SPA & COMMON ROOM CLOSURE RECREATION CLUB 1 From the 6th October 2020 construction works shall be undertaken with the removal and replacement of the concrete surrounds to the Swimming Pool, Spa and Outdoor Common Area.... Due to these works the Swimming Pool, Spa and Common Room shall be closed from Tuesday 6th October to Friday 13th November 2020. Residents shall be able to continue book online www.cwmut.com.au to use the Tennis Courts, Sauna and Gym Facilities with Recreation Centre 1. Access will no longer be available through the front pedestrian gate of the Recreation Centre due to the construction works. You will need use the rear pedestrian gate where Security shall grant access for all approved bookings. Recreation Club 2 facilities shall be available for use which includes the Tennis Court, Gym and Swimming Pool. 17.01.2022 Good morning Residents RE: CLOSURE RECREATION CLUB 1 GYM & SAUNA Due to the construction works been undertaken at Recreation Club 1 the Gym and Sauna will be Closed on Monday 12th and Tuesday 13th of October 2020 as the concrete walkway will be re-sealed. The Tennis Court will still be available for bookings.... Gym and Sauna Bookings will be accepted for Recreation Club 1 over this weekend and then again from Wednesday 14th October 2020. Recreation Club 2 facilities shall be available for use which includes the Tennis Court, Gym and Swimming Pool. 14.01.2022 Dear Residents, We have been advised that the civil construction works that are being undertaken on Harbour Village Parade have broken a water main which has resulted in the water supply being interrupted to Rec Centre 1 and Village High residents. The water supply should be reinstated within 2 hours. Please note these works are not being undertaken by the body corporate or our office.... Regards, CWM.

07.01.2022 Dear Harbour Front Residents, RE: SCHEDULED WATER OUTAGE MONDAY 28 SEPTEMBER 2020 FROM 10AM TO 2PM Please be advised with the approval of the committee we are fitting a new water valve within Harbour Front common property this afternoon. You will experience a water outage for a period of up to 1 hour between the hours of 10am and 2pm.... The outage will affect the usage of both potable and recycled water (flushing of toilets and the use of washing machines).

03.01.2022 Dear Residents Wow what a storm we had late Saturday afternoon! We have had our team on-site Saturday afternoon and Sunday attending to the damage to ensure all roads, laneways and pathways are cleared. Substantial damage has been sited throughout estate. It will take the grounds team quite sometime to remove all of the debris, they are currently working within the estate to ensure the safety of residents and visitors. 01.01.2022 Dear Village High Residents, We have been advised by the contractors at the development on Harbour Village Parade that they are replacing some faulty equipment which has affected the water supply to Rec Centre 1 and Village High Crescent.
