19.01.2022 ANZAC DAY Lest We Forget A day to remember our ANZACS, as we all commemorate a bit differently this year, this day is still being used to remember them all. Indigenous and non indigenous they fought together. Side by side. They formed friendships and relied on each other for their survival. Over 800 known Aboriginal soldiers served in World War 1 and over 3000 were known to enlist in World War 11. Indigenous men and woman still proudly serve their country today. ... We remember them all.

17.01.2022 The sorry day flower, the flower we have changed our profile photo to for today, is known as the Stolen generation flower. The five petal native cotton also known as desert rose was chosen by members to symbolise the scattering of the stolen generations and their resilience. The flower can be found across Australia and it is a survivor. The colour denotes compassion and spiritual healing. Especially for today this is a great way to raise awareness about National Sorry day.

16.01.2022 this year we have to do it a little different, we will be holding a commemoration ceremony at a later date but until we can do so we will raise awareness for Sorry Day to bring healing and remembrance to the first nations people.

16.01.2022 May 26th National SORRY DAY The day to commemorate the Stolen generation, The day to remember the injustice that the Aboriginal and Torres strait islander experienced many years ago. Today we are posting a few things throughout the day to raise the awareness of Sorry day, even though we cannot commemorate the day as we'd like we are still trying to bring as much awareness as possible, please help us in doing so by posting #awarenessforSorryday or by posting in anyway you would like.
