23.01.2022 Sending out a BIG THANK YOU to recognise our valuable carnival volunteers who dedicated their time & expertise to help them run smoothly! Whether you helped for one day or all four- created rosters, served patrons in canteen & bbq, set up tables, cut up tomato/ lettuce/ onion / coleslaw, made wraps, cooked bbq, restocked & cleaned up the list is endless & equally appreciated! FYI-995 patrons through the gate over 4 days is AWESOME! Great volunteers are hard to find and we extend our appreciation for all you do to make it a success in the community. Thank you from the pool committee

23.01.2022 Vacswim is over for another year. What a strange week of weather, from scorching heat and smoke, to a little cooler today. Thank fully the reports were that the pool was still lovely and warm. We would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to all the superstar volunteers who helped out this week in the canteen during the Vacswim program. We had 94 participants and their families visit us and you met the demand for ice creams and hot coffee in the heat & rain we experienced! Thanks to Karen, Renata, Jenna & Jo for making the Coonalpyn Pool a great place to visit!!

21.01.2022 Vacswim starts this week guys. Please remember that the Vacswim fees DO NOT cover pool admission so this will need to be paid at the gate unless you have a seasons ticket. There are a few options to make things cheaper, just ask when you come in.

19.01.2022 Hi all, How exciting that our pool will be opening soon. To make this happen we need the help of second supervisors to put their hands up to help out on the gate & canteen. School holiday hours are from 2pm - 6pm & shifts can be split/shared if not able to do full 4 hours. Please contact Vicki Jacobs or Cass Lutze via PM with your availability from 28th December 2020!!! 17.01.2022 As the weather is so hard to predict we have decided to definitely open the next 3 Wednesdays 4-6pm regardless if forecast 25C. This is especially for swimmers who want to maintain SAPSASA fitness- 11th, 18th, 25th to prepare for the carnival 27th March.

15.01.2022 Coonalpyn Pool Update Works on the upgrade of the Coonalpyn Pool are just about complete! The pool will be open tomorrow (29 Dec) from 2pm - 6pm (weather... permitting). Our Community Facilities team have spent the last few days getting the chemical balances right, and ready for swimmers We hope everyone enjoys the pool this summer season!

13.01.2022 Hello all. Sadly another season at Coonalpyn Swimming Pool is over. We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who contributes to the running of the pool, the lifeguards, volunteers, carnival volunteers, the Coorong District Council, and anyone else who contributed. As we now wait out these uncertain times, we wish you all well and can't wait to see you all again hopefully next season. Look after yourselves and each other.

13.01.2022 Hi pool volunteers, Feb calendar is sadly still quite empty. Marcia has been busy organising carnival helpers so thank you to all who have put their hand up to help at this time but afternoons and weekends are also in demand. Contact Cass if you can cover a shift.

10.01.2022 We have a variety of clothes that were left behind at the pool after lessons- mainly from levels 4,5,6,7 clothes swims. These will remain until close of season if want to collect
