03.01.2022 Mid North Coast Library Cooperative is hosting an online chat with author Kim Hodges and guest Inga Jensen discussing their lived experience of mental illness, destigmatising mental illness, mental health during COVID, and Kim’s memoir Girl Over the Edge. The memoir is honest and confronting. Prepare to be stripped bare, as Kim was, as she lived with severe depression, PTSD and general anxiety disorder and then wrote about her experiences of mental illness. Inga was is diagn...osed with Borderline Personality Disorder, PTSD and anxiety as a result of early childhood trauma. Inga has grappled with a number of mental health diagnosis and by sharing her path to recovery she brings understanding to complex trauma.
