24.01.2022 Team COOPER Update Jane Ardler Centre, Nowra. The project is really starting to take shape as the team prepares for bricklayers and roof sheet installation in the coming weeks.

Since then Misha has worked on various project across the business alongside senior team members which has fast tracked his learning and skills. In his spare time Misha enjoys DIY projects, spending time with his girlfriend and finding the best new Australian musicians. ... In collaboration with Abacus, Level 6 Venture Management Group and BN Architecture, COOPER is currently completing a national roll-out for the re-branded Storage King Australia . The 6 sites in NSW and 3 sites in the ACT include both External DA works including façade painting, signage, excavation and footings, remediation and landscaping as well as Internal CDC works including strip-out and fit-out of existing retail spaces. Storage King Blacktown is the first completed site. The design and construct staged project has provided COOPER with the opportunity to work closely with the Client and Architect to ensure the newly re-branding of one of Australia’s largest storage network has been reflected in the current construction works. A fast-track Pet Crematorium Fit-Out including a New Mechanical Ventilation Install, with an individual Split AC Unit system in each room, a New Electrical Install including a Full Surround Speaker System, New Floor Finishes, Hydraulics and Joinery. Team COOPER handed over this project 4 days ahead of programme, on an already tight 4-week Construction Programme.

05.01.2022 Team COOPER Milestone Storage King Australia Rozelle internal exempt works are complete. COOPER have worked closely with BN Group and Level Six Venture Management to provide a more ergonomic and functional space for the Client and users. Works included complete strip-out, upgrade to the existing Fire Indicator Panel and fire system, services upgrades, flooring finishes and new Joinery. Great effort by the entire team who now continue on to Storage King St Peters.

05.01.2022 Hard Hat Day Team COOPER were joined on site at the Jane Ardler Centre by client, architects and trades involved in the project for a BBQ charity fundraiser last Friday. A beautiful day with all funds donated to Property Industry Foundation for their Hard Hat Day event aiming to provide shelter for homeless youth in Brisbane, Sydney and NSW. Together with South Coast Medical Service Aboriginal Corporation, team COOPER were able to raise just under $1,750 for the cause. #hardhatday #construction

02.01.2022 Team COOPER Progress update, Nowra Jane Ardler Centre perimeter scaffold is on its way up thanks to Builtrite Scaffolding . on level one permanent formwork is under construction offering a offers a quick and safe deck for our formworkers. Meanwhile on the inside skin of cavity brickwork has been raked to provide load bearing support for reinforced concrete fire stairs.

02.01.2022 Project update Jane Ardler Centre, Nowra. A lot can happen in a couple of weeks. Team COOPER have been busy on site with; 1. Perimeter scaffolding complete.... 2. Reinforcement and cast in services completed prior to concrete placement. 3. Concrete placement for 2 suspended decks and internal stair 2 was completed ahead of programme on August 8. 4: Roof plant waterproofing was completed very early on in the project. This allowed pour mechanical subcontractor to install condenser units via mobile crane during structural steel roof erection. 5.Structural steel roof installation has been include across 2 week period concurrently with masonry works. 6. Faade brickwork has now been completed 7. Concrete Reinforced blockwork has been completed to 2 elevations which has provided robust lateral bracings. 8. New Structural steel roof framing works have been completed. 9. Safety netting has been completed allowing the metal deck roofing to be installed safety. See more
