24.01.2022 This page has been created to keep family, friends and the community updated on Cooper's, Joseph's and Teagans's progress, events and sponsorship/fundraising opportunities. Cooper Jefferies and Joseph Mazza have been selected in the Boys U17 Western Australian Softball Side and Teagan Mundy has been selected in the Girls U17 Western Australian Softball Side. They will be participating in the National Championships in Sydney, from the 6 January 2018 12 January 2018. The...ir selection is a testament to their commitment, hard work, and dedication to the sport. They have traveled over 600km each week, attending compulsory tryouts and training sessions. They are thrilled to be selected and grateful to the incredible coaching staff for the outstanding experience and training they have received. In June all three received a full scholarship with the Mid West Academy of Sport (MWAS). This scholarship has provided them with opportunities to access local coaching and specialist support services and to pursue their softball and life goals. These 3 are unsurpassed moulds of what dedicated sportsmen and sportswomen look like and have the full backing of their family, local club (Suiside Fastpitch Club Inc) and coaches.
