21.01.2022 ***BREAKING NEWS*** As of noon tomorrow (1st June) we are allowed to open up our doors again . It has been a long 11 weeks, but finally the best news is here. 03.01.2022 With the increasing number of new cases, it is a good time to remind everyone of some of the signs to look out for. If you do have any of these signs, we please ask that you do not come to your training session and stay home and seek medical advice. We also would like to remind everyone to continue to wash your hands upon arrival at our studio and keep your distance from other members while working out.
