18.01.2022 HELP NEEDED: Anyone know a chef who loves the snow and wants to work at Falls Creek this winter? We have two Executive Chefs positions available at our lodges at Falls Creek. LODGES: Cooroona Alpine Lodge and Halleys Lodge, Falls Creek. DURATION: End of June to the end of September.... INCLUSIONS: Accommodation and meals provided!!! ROLE: - Preparing meals for in-house guests in accordance with menu procedures at both breakfast and dinner and occasional lunch. - Liaising with Falls Creek Snow Lodge Managers in relation to food ordering, menu planning and scheduled meal forecasts - Providing food orders to Falls Creek Snow Lodge Managers in a timely manner in accordance with company policy and suppliers. - Ensuring that all food deliveries are checked and recorded in accordance with the lodge food safety handling procedures. - Required to record and maintain all refrigerator log records and ensure cleaning procedures are carried out in accordance with Food Safety Plan. - Maintaining kitchen cleanliness in accordance with Worldstrides Food Safety Handling procedures. - Assist Cooroona lodge manager when required.
