18.01.2022 At Cooroora Vet Clinic, our main concern is making sure we can provide the necessary care for your pets while also ensuring the safety and well being of both clients and staff. To make sure we can still be here to look after your precious pets, we are asking all our clients to please respect and adhere to the following - One owner per pet... - Our small animal consults will be conducted without owners present and our vet’s will communicate with you via phone during the consult while you wait - Please stay the recommended 1.5m from the reception desk, others in the waiting area and our vets - We have set up an ‘outside waiting room’ with chairs for you to wait outside the clinic - If you are feeling unwell or do not feel comfortable coming in, please call us and we will come and collect your pet from you or the car - Please use hand sanitiser when entering and leaving the clinic - Please refrain from entering the clinic unless necessary if you need to pick up any medication, food, tick & flea or wormers, etc, please call ahead and we will have it ready for you - If you are feeling unwell, please let us know so we can take appropriate measures to try and minimise the risk to other clients and staff We also ask for your patience and understanding as we may need to reduce our staff and our routine bookings during this time. We will continue to communicate and work with you to ensure your pets are getting looked after during these uncertain times. 11.01.2022 To our valued clients; We would like to advise that our Easter trade will be as follows - Good Friday: CLOSED Easter Saturday: OPEN, 8.30am-5pm... Easter Sunday: CLOSED Easter Monday: CLOSED The clinic will be reopening as per normal at 7.30am on Tuesday, the 14th of April. For any emergencies during this time please call 0418 762 007. We also ask our clients to please be aware that due to the measures currently in place to ensure everyone’s safety during COVID-19, we are unfortunately unable to service small animal after hours calls for the time being. We will instead be referring any small animal after hours to either AEC at Noosa or AES at Tanawha. We appreciate your understanding and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
