22.01.2022 We are still Open! Amidst the Covid-19 things are rapidly changing each day. At this stage we are still open for business. We are constantly cleaning & sanitising our workplace & have put processes in place to make sure it is as safe as possible for our staff & customers. Customers can still come into the office to get a quote, we have measures in place to make sure everyone is staying the required 1.5m apart. ... We understand some customers may not feel comfortable leaving their homes at this time. After speaking with insurance companies we are implementing changes to our quoting process in these times. (Insurance Quotes Only) If you have phoned your insurance company & lodged a claim, these are your next steps. Email us at [email protected] with Name, Address, Contact Ph No's & Claim No. We will need you to take some photos of your vehicle & the damage. The photos needed are: - A few photos of the damage from different angles. - A long short of the vehicle showing the damaged area. - A photo of the rear of the vehicle showing the make/model & rego. - Photo of the odo reading - Photo of the auto/manual gear stick - Vehicle ID Plates (If you are unsure of where these are, please call us & we can advise you where they are located.) We understand some people may not feel comfortable that they can take these photos needed. In this case please give us a phone call & we will work out a solution.
