22.01.2022 Position Vacant Functions Co Coordinator / Office Assistant An exciting opportunity currently exists at the Cootamundra Ex Servicemen’s & Citizens Club. for a Functions Coordinator/ Office assistant.... This position will be for approx. 25 hours per week with flexibility for some weekend work if required. The position will include Co Ordination of all functions, booking of entertainment, answering telephones some banking and general office duties We are looking for a keen, energetic person who is well presented, has excellent communication skills, an eye for detail, can work in a team environment and is committed to achieving the best possible outcome for the clubs many Functions annually. Experience in Functions is not essential but experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous. This position will include a 3 month trial period with assessment for further employment reviewed at the conclusion of that time. Wages will be in line with the Clubs NSW award rate.
